Workshop on "Gründerkultur in den Geistes- und Sozialwissenschaften"

On the 30th of October 2014, Prof. Dr. Lutz Maicher moderates a workshop on "Gründerkultur in den Geistes- und Sozialwissenschaften".

The workshop takes place within the project "Akademisches Unternehmertum in den Geistes- und Sozialwissenschaften in Deutschland und Polen", conducted by the Fraunhofer-Zentrum für Mittel- und Osteuropa.

The focus of the symposium in Leipzig will be an analysis of the culture related to business creation and sponsorhip in humanities and social sciences. Furthermore, biographies of former founders of the field will be presented to the audience. 

The Fraunhofer Center Zentrum für Mittel- und Osteuropa hosts this scientific symposium with national and international participation. This meeting of chosen experts also offers an open forum for exchanging the experiences of former founders as well as to discuss strategies for sensibilizing for business creation in the humanities and social sciences. There will be no charge for participating in the symposium. Due to the limited number of participants, it is recomended to apply as early as possible. 

The workshop will take place in the Social Impact Lab Leipzig, Weißenfelser Straße 65 H, 04229 Leipzig.
