Industrie 4.0 and Smart Services – The Challenge of Abunding Customer Data


On April 22, 2016, Prof. Maicher gave a dinner speech at the annual meeting of the Working Group of German Market and Social Research Institutes in Hanover. He talked on the changes coming along with the increasingly available customer data and the opportunities brought by the digitisation of market relations. He emphasised in particular that market research institutes should focus on their methodological knowledge and analytical expertise as their central strengths.image001
